Screens

Screens are specialized equipment designed to separate coal, ore, bulk materials into fractions or to separate particles of a certain size from the material. There are different types of screens, they can be vibrating or trommel, track-mounted or wheel mounted.

Vibrating screens are based on the use of vibration to separate and sort materials. A vibrating screen consists of a vibrating mechanism with an eccentric shaft that generates horizontal and vertical vibrations. Vibrating screens include various models such as mobile primary screen and crushed stone screen. They are suitable for classifying concrete, bricks and crushed stone.

Trommel screens use the rotation of the drum to separate materials of different fractions. A trommel screen consists of a cylindrical drum with slots of different sizes, with a rotating axis inside. Materials are fed to the screen and sorted according to the size of the slots or fall off through special slots.

Primary screen

Designed for primary (preliminary) sorting and removal of contaminants from rock material and sandy gravel material. Large lumpy materials up to 500mm.

Secondary screen

It is designed for sorting bulk products that have undergone primary crushing. It works with materials of fine fractions with a predominant size from 0 to 100 mm.

The price of screens depends on your specification and needs. To receive a quotation or select the equipment that suits you, contact us in any convenient way or leave a request on the website.
