The operation is based on the principle of "crushing". The destruction of pieces of material occurs in the space between the armor of the cones: the movable cone "rolls" over the stationary one through the material layer, continuously crushing it. The single hydraulic cylinder makes adjustment more convenient and the size of the inlet slot can be adjusted during operation.
Mobile cone crushers can be easily moved around the work site, which provides flexibility in operation.
The intelligent automatic control system ensures the optimal operation of the crusher, allows to control the wear of the crushing cones, and can accurately set the output slot size.
